The first step might seen easy, but it's not a trivial matter. It takes time, efforts and courage.
It could take months or years to see the progress.

一直追問自已的結果，會激發自我的求生意志，不願意自已一直浸在泥沼裡，修行必須逼迫自已不要一直在原地踏步，一定要催發出前進的力量，到這裡自已會看到曙光。
