只有在南禪讀書會上，自己帶的成員想聽講述一下，

A reader from the UK joked, “You haven’t finished writing about time yet.”
That is because this is not a formula that can simply be written down. It is a Buddhist concept related to spiritual practice within the human body, and it is very difficult to put into words.
