感應5

 

人腦的開發到了有入定的經驗以後才算是大開眼界。

 

就是佛陀的教授,也是把初果的名稱列為「法眼淨」,直到四聖果的「法眼明」直強調必須看見,看見了才能決定下一步怎麼走。

 

而相傳是彌勒菩薩所著作的《唯識學》是否是一種修行者意識到大腦能夠蘊藏的記憶能力超乎想像,進而運用所學、所修寫出的作品!

 

這也可解釋佛典集成的誦出完全依靠大腦的記憶,如佛陀的弟子沒有驚人的腦力是不可能誦出完整佛典的。

 

只是,這些修入定過的意識(大腦)走入人群時所面對的考驗是另外一回事,

 

入定是一個人的事,在入定裡面萬一他智慧不夠、看得不夠,思慮得不足,那他在走入人群時被人群左右就變得非常容易。

而且一位修行者在有入定經驗後,到達般人達不到的境界,很容易對自己產生無可轉圜的自信,是否是過度的信心也害了自己。

The development of the human brain truly opens up after one has experienced meditative absorption (samadhi).

 

In Buddhist teachings, even the first stage of awakening is called “the purified Dharma eye,” and the final stage is referred to as “the clarified Dharma eye.” These terms emphasize the necessity of clear vision—only through true insight can one determine the path forward.

 

 

The Yogācāra teachings, traditionally attributed to Maitreya Bodhisattva, may reflect a practitioner’s realization of the mind’s astonishing capacity for memory—leading them to compose such a profound work through their learning and cultivation.

 

This can also explain how the Buddhist scriptures were passed down entirely through memory. Without incredible brainpower, the Buddha’s disciples couldn’t have recited the teachings so perfectly.

 

However, a new challenge arises when the meditative mind re-enters the social world.

 

Samadhi is a personal experience. If a practitioner doesn’t have enough wisdom, insight, or clarity while in meditation, they may become easily influenced by others once they return to society.

 

Moreover, reaching states beyond the ordinary often leads to unshakable self-confidence. But this confidence, if unchecked, can become a kind of overconfidence that ends up harming the practitioner.

 

A reader once asked about the saying, “Focus the mind on one point, and nothing is impossible.”

To that, I would gently suggest: Please think from multiple perspectives.

有讀者對「感應」文章裡面提到的雅玲爸感到好奇, 

人的記憶可以保存這麼久嗎?

 

AI資料:佛教的部派佛教(又稱部派分裂時期)大約開始於佛陀涅槃後100年左右,也就是約西元前400年,持續到大乘佛教興起,約在西元前1世紀至西元1世紀之間。

若以西元前400年作為部派佛教時期的開始,計算至2025年,大約已經:約2425年。)

 

個人以前的文章論述過入定,

入定的肉體像到了外太空,現實的入定就會讓修行者的肉體感官降溫,而能修入定到「非想非非想天」,應該可以感知宇宙星球的世界,(我在文章中已提過非想非非想,請往下拉)

 

修到這一步的時候,人體(人類)的歷史會變得很短,這跟跑到地球外面看地球會顯得更清楚是一樣的。

 

這也是看似枯燥的修行,卻千萬人在追求的原因,因為裡面隱藏著無數的寶藏。

 

而入定相信全世界各個宗派的修行者都會有這種經驗,只是程度不一樣而已,

 

但你只要跑到外星球看一眼應該也就足夠滿足並且日後的靈魂都難以忘懷。

 

我也在文章裡面論述過部派佛教時期,很多修行者入定玩起他們的身體,在地、水、火、風四大裡面,地水火風反射到宇宙都是一樣的能量,這個也就是讓他們不想活在人間的原因,

 

入定者一眼看穿地球,又跑入地球,事實上對修行者都是很大的考驗,因為時間從最大拉到最小,往往會覺得苦不堪言。

 

很多有記載的入定都指向只是證入一個三昧定而已,這還不是證入佛陀教授的「四聖果」,這部分的內容要探討,就可以很多了!

 

就我個人而言,雅玲爸讓我看到他的經歷,應該是正常的,因為他久遠時期前是傑出的修行者,時間記憶對他不是問題。

 

但時間拉小到地球的人體生命,還是苦字。

Some readers were curious about Yaling's father, as mentioned in the "Perception" article.

Can a person’s memory really last that long?

 

(AI reference: Sectarian Buddhism—also known as the period of Buddhist school divisions—began around 100 years after the Buddha's Nirvana, approximately 400 BCE. It lasted until the rise of Mahayana Buddhism, around the 1st century BCE to 1st century CE.

If we calculate from 400 BCE to 2025 CE, it spans about 2,425 years.)

 

I’ve written about the practice of entering meditative absorption (samādhi) before.

 

When one enters samādhi, the physical body becomes as if it were in outer space; the physical senses cool down during such deep meditation.

 

At that level, human history becomes incredibly brief by comparison. It’s like stepping outside the Earth and viewing it from afar—everything becomes much clearer.

 

Those who can reach the realm of “Neither Perception Nor Non-Perception” likely have the ability to perceive the worlds of the cosmos.

This is one of the reasons why seemingly dry and boring practices are pursued by millions—because they hide countless hidden treasures within.

 

I believe that practitioners from all traditions around the world have had similar meditative experiences—though the depth and intensity may vary.

 

Just one glimpse from another planet would probably be enough to fulfill someone, and the soul would never forget it, even across lifetimes.

 

I’ve also discussed that during the period of Sectarian Buddhism, many practitioners entered samādhi and experimented with their physical bodies.

The four great elements—earth, water, fire, and air—are reflected in the universe as the same energy. This is also why some no longer wished to remain in the human world.

 

For those who have seen through the Earth in an instant through meditation, and then return to live within it—it’s a profound challenge.

Because when the vastness of time is compressed into a short human lifespan, it often feels unbearably painful.

 

Many recorded meditative attainments only describe achieving a certain state of samādhi—not yet the realization of the Buddha’s Four Noble Fruits. That subject alone is rich and complex enough for much deeper exploration.

 

As for me personally, Yaling's father revealing his past experiences to me seemed completely natural—because he was an outstanding practitioner from ancient times. Time and memory are not obstacles for him.

 

However, when time is shrunk back down to the scale of a human lifespan on Earth, it is still, in one word—suffering.

Celsus Library

 

At times, when I'm looking for information, I come across the image of the Celsus Library in Turkey again.

It feels as if it were only completed yesterday, and already lies in ruins today ! Haha.

Time feels all mixed up.

 

Standing before the scattered scrolls and inscribed stones during my travels, I am struck by the flow of time and the harsh reality of war.

Last night, it was as if the God of War appeared, surging like lightning through the realm of conditioned existence.

The fierce wind and impermanence roared like a symphony over a land shrouded in dense, dark clouds...

The God of War returns, wishing to be restored.

Who says a Buddhist cannot wage battle, drenched in blood?

談說《楞嚴經》Reflections on the Śūraṅgama Sūtra

大家好!

 

談說《楞嚴經》

 

《楞嚴經》一直是北傳佛教的重要經典,是奉為圭臬的。

《楞嚴經》裡面不斷提到魔對修行者的干擾,

提出鬼魅之類的變化,再壯大成爲精魅的厲害,

精魅已經到了可以幻化成人形,甚至幻化成佛來說佛經的地步!

這一連串的敘述,讓魔妖法力的程度達到了極度恐怖驚人的程度,

而且人跟精魅之間似乎也成了難分難解的地步。

初看《楞嚴經》只能用瞠目結舌來形容,

第二個想法「精魅」真的會跑到我面前說佛經嗎?

那麼這到底是什麼狀況?

還搞不清楚這些的時候就只剩下膽戰心驚的畏懼,

 

《雜阿含經》也有舍利弗被大力鬼打的典故。

佛經自古至今都有記載這些妖魅之類的干擾,所以我自己也留一份心在注意。

 

精魅;根據身邊大德及自己經驗累積最會出現的,是在你的夢中呈現親人的樣子對你索求,

好像精魅只要變成自己親人的模樣,

便是理所當然的榨取,福份要到多少都全是他/她的?

 

及至後來,層出不窮的榨騙手法盛行於鄉間鄰里中,只要接到詐騙集團的電話,那種心驚肉跳的深層恐懼,

如同感應中的精魅ㄧ模一樣,


這豈不是,無形精魅是有形人類的人性黑暗層面所集成嗎?

 

要不是天天這類詐騙消息,很難相信透過媒體這個管道可以做出這麼好的詐騙成績!

換個角度說,如果充實反詐騙知識以及實際行為,是否也是對付精魅另一種增強壯大心力的有 效辦法?

平日自我內省檢討,通過佛法的認知進步了多少?

很感欣慰的是,

關於鬼與精魅這件事,越來越敢看它一下下,哈!

另外,

當覺警有心驚膽跳時,試圖想知道自己怎麼了!

這幫助我揭開認識現代《心理學》另一個一般達不到的層面探討,

人的情緒受到左右也是多元的,無法單憑一個感覺、感受就論斷自己的處境,

這種探討讓我個人的生活越來越感覺到愉快。

Reflections on the Śūraṅgama Sūtra

The Śūraṅgama Sūtra has always been a crucial scripture in Mahāyāna Buddhism, regarded as a guiding principle. It frequently mentions the disturbances caused by demons to spiritual practitioners. The sutra describes the transformations of ghostly beings into increasingly powerful jingmeis (精魅)—spirit beings so advanced they can take human form, or even appear as Buddhas to preach the Dharma.  

 

This sequence of descriptions makes the powers of these demonic forces seem terrifyingly immense. The boundary between humans andjingmeis becomes blurred and hard to distinguish.
Upon first reading, the Śūraṅgama Sūtra can leave one completely shocked. The second thought might be: “Could a jingmei really appear before me in the form of a Buddha and teach me the Dharma?” 

It becomes unsettling when you can’t quite understand what's going on—leaving only a feeling of fearful unease.


Even in the Saṃyukta Āgama Sūtra, there is an account of Śāriputra being attacked by a powerful spirit. From ancient times to today, Buddhist texts have recorded disturbances by ghostly beings, so it's worth paying attention to such matters.

 

From my own and many laymen's experience,one of the most common ways the jingmeisappear is in dreams—taking the form of a loved one and asking for help. It’s as if, once they appear in the image of a family member, it becomes "justified" for them to extract blessings or merit from you.

 

Later, with the rise of scam phone calls, I noticed something interesting
receiving a call from a scammer would often provoke the same kind of dread.
It felt uncannily similar to the experience of being deceived by a jingmei in a dream.

So, could it be that these invisible jingmeis are actually a projection of the darker aspects of human nature?

If not for the constant news of scams, it would be hard to believe that people could be deceived so effectively through communication media.

 

Looking at it from another angle:
Could anti-fraud training actually help us strengthen our psychological defenses against such “jingmeis”?

 

What I focus on most personally is the question:
How much progress have I made in understanding my own mind through the understanding of the Buddha’s teachings?

As my inner awareness grows, I find I can face the idea of ghosts and spirits with less fear—sometimes I even dare to look at it directly, just a little, haha!

 

I frequently examine my own fears and anxieties, trying to understand what’s going on within me. This has helped me explore a deeper level of modern psychology that most people don’t usually reach.

 

Human emotions are influenced by many complex factors—
and we cannot our mental states based on just one feeling or thought.

 

This kind of self-exploration has helped me find greater clarity, making my life increasingly joyful and fulfilling.
